Клиентот може да ја отповика својата нарачка во рок од 2 часа од нејзиното поставување. По истекот на времето отповикувањето не е можно. По нарачувањето, клиентот е контактиран по e-mail и му се доставуваат потребните податоци за плаќање.
ДИГИТАЛ ДАТА може да да ја отфрли нарачката доколку доколку истата не е комплетна или не ги задоволува уловите за истата. Client will be notified about the rejection on his email.

Company warranties for the quality of the goods with producer`s warranty certificate. Authorised service centres are listed on the warranty card. Warranty time is 12 months except for consumable items like flies, hooks, oils, leaders, tippet materials, feathers and all tying material where there is no warranty.
If you are not satisfied with the product by any reason or you wish to withdraw from your order by any reason, you need to do that within 15 days time. After notification of your withdraw, goods must be returned within 30 days. Goods must be packed in original packaging, unused and unharmed. Original invoice must be added. Return can not be done if the material is not packed in original packaging. Returns are not possible for the items done on a special request of the client.
